Just as I predicted. This is why he sold his shares. Something obviously was delayed and the change of directors interest notice didn't line up with the resignation.
Not a good look.
There is a small amount of hope for this stock. It is interesting that the larger shareholders didn't sell their entire stake. They probably could have. They may have just sold enough to get all the original investment back so it's now free carry. They may even buy back once it does lower towards the RTO price of 10c.
If it holds then it maybe it could get a second wind if they announce a big name Chairman and/or release some positive news.
It's very unusual for a new listing not to have news lined up post IPO/RTO.
