2.6billion for the project isn't even a pipedream, management are surely aware that this figure was BS at the time and now is outdated and bordering laughable. A lot easier to gather interest at 2.6 billion cap then it is at 4. Board are just going to ask forgiveness down the track..... butnit will be well justified with excuses....I mean reasons.....of course
