Here are the Fitch ratings made a few years ago that include the current period and we can see that they are miles off. Downrampers here have tried to match them in their innacuracy and are doing exceedingly well.
Suckers see these numbers and then think they are set in stone because they don't possess the grey matter to contemplate macro events and how they may play out. The good news is that Fitch have and will continue to revise their estimates upward and NRZ will be raking it in, the way things are going.
