What on earth is "Pre-FID funding" (Up to $100 million), and what part of the overall project is it voted for?
It has been separately identified as Stage 2 Debt and Equity Sourcing.
Is it just fancy words for a larger than expected CR or share placement for this current third quarter, primarily to keep the company alive until production?
