Price is looking to become exec chair , and roll his sleeves up .

I would think the Current CEO would want to have some mighty large cost savings in the bag to keep his role if Mr price gets his position in charge of the board.

If Mr price can keep 1% more of the revenue than they currently do thats a 50m turnaround .

In my view that is priority 1 , and one way to save 500k is for Boon to step down now and not waste shareholders funds with an EGM .
