Yes it was a big cross-trade very big...very strange.
IMO the most likely reason for the trade was that one large holder from ascot securities wanted out and ascot new that the Golden Bell wanted them an hence bought them an hence the x-trade.
Still the question of why the other Ascot client wanted out is a mystery. One can only assume at this stage that it was for personal reasons.
Are you fearing something a little more sinister BF?
