BF,
It looks to me as though Ascot are
1)Acting on behalf of the Chinese,
and
2)Acted as brokers to the placement of a stock in June 2007
and
3) are now represented on the board
A director needs to act in the best interests of all shareholders and I am wondering if they are conflicted in the outcomes they are trying to achieve?
