While none is in panic mode, many mention concerns about the flooding of economies with credit and more paper money; another big worry is talk of a resources tax on miners here.
Bill Ryan, mining veteran and now chairman of Ampella Mining (AMX), believes the market strength will continue, "which is why there is an essentially limitless amount of cash available for explorers and miners and hopefuls -- just ask anyone in my end of the business". He also thinks we will see upside break-outs in metal prices. "Overall, I am not unnerved by the market wobbles at all but if I needed my cash out in the next few weeks I would be quite concerned," adds Ryan.
Right. So let's not panic and carry on as normal.
