Agree with all the above comments. Must admit I've lost confidence now in the BoD & senior management to execute on a strategy that clearly defines a pathway forward for increasing the value of the business. There's latent value there but I no longer think these people can realise it. Really, if you can't sell a highly desirable property holding in the hottest property market of this generation there's something wrong I think. Reluctantly I'm of the opinion that hanging out the 'for sale' shingle is now the way to go. I'd now be happy to share the value upside with an acquirer only because I don't trust our people to be able to steer this to where it can be.
