In the year 2000 it was at around the same level it is today.....so it really hasn't gone anywhere in 10 years, the peak was in 2006-7 but that is easily explained by the peak of the market, not its actual performance.
If anyone thinks that is a satisfactory result for what is supposed to be a blue chip stock, that is supposed to have a monopoly in the telecommunications sector, than I suggest you re evaluate your reasoning!
