Sale of Shares by Chairman
Attached are forms 604 and Appendix 3Y lodged by the Chairman of Precious Metals
Australia Limited, the Earl of Warwick.
The Earl agreed to sell approximately 5 million shares on market to make up the
oversubscription to the recent issue of shares to international institutional clients of
Montagu Stockbrokers and was part of a range of measures to broaden the shareholder
base. The shares were crossed on market by Montagu Stockbrokers on behalf of
international institutional clients.
