Sick Chairman replaced at 11th hour, Meeting venue changed at 11th hour and proxies to be deemed invalid by newly apptd Chairman if they were not sent directly to Company?

Do we know if Nittin Johari (your new Chairman) has the best interests of all holders at heart? Is he aligned with Bhushan / Savni...?
