I'm over the moon about the Mbila acquisition. Would we walk away from the deal? I think not. A listed company is a perfect vehicle to take projects forward., which would be beyond the capabilities of one or two individuals.
More than happy to acquire projects from friendly and known parties, who continue to have skin in the game. It's not a 'they win, we lose' proposition, as you seem to imply.
