Yes, "In the event of VA, or liquidation:" but we are nowhere near that event tens of millions in the bank sophisticated investors willing to stump up $15 million. The company is just waiting for a rise in the lithium price, about a year ago it was selling for $80 a kilo and today $12.87. You see the price is volatile and could rise substantially considering that many experts are forecasting a rise in demand of 5X
