2. At that time, CAPEX was estimated at US$544 million (see PFS dated 30 APR 2020).

3. The recent Class 3 FS (released 19 DEC 2023), estimates CAPEX at US$1.4 billion.

4. "Once Lilac has earned its 25 percent interest, Lake and Lilac will contribute proportionately to funding development of the Kachi Project." (ASX Ann dated 22 SEPT 2021).

TIMING

1. "Lilac may earn a further five percent on refined lithium chemical product from Kachi achieving the highest agreed qualification standardswith certain potential offtake partners."

2. "Once Lilac has earned its 25 percent interest, Lake and Lilac will contribute proportionately to funding development of the Kachi Project."

3. "Condition Precedent - The Pilot Project Agreement entered into with Lilac is subject to several conditions, including obtainment of anynecessary regulatory approvals.
