Hmmm I could be wrong in interpreting the speaker’s particular definition and usage but his below statement makes me think not.
“So some of the more scalable, low cost, best in class projects in Argentina are now around $25,000 per ton CapEx intensity. And that's for very favorable jurisdiction, very high grade asset.”
I concede that it does ignore LOM but the speaker appears to have a somewhat conservative approach to his investment analysis. e.g, He doesn’t take into account espoused future expansions.
