If the Chairman is in town I suspect that he is here to sign the contracts.
My understanding is that he only calls in once a year for the AGM. My guess is that all director meetings are via phone.
Hope that I am correct and that announcements are made next week re signed contracts.
I also expect JORC statements will be released next week before the contracts announcement.
