If there is to be a raise? Then get on with it. The weeks of speculation and thought bubbles do more harm to the business than the action itself.
Nobody wants more shares and oppies minted, but the chatter does even more harm, as many will stick the boot in. Some individuals love an excuse to let their crazy out, and some don't need an excuse.
If they need the money it will happen no matter what. So we can live with it, or move on, bitching about will achieve nothing positive.
