'If the outlook was not so promising, why would Ferroglobe have sought to claim all our ip?'
One could cconversely argue if the outlook was so promising, why did Ferro roll over for a paltry sum in comparison to what the ip is potentially worth?
They also could have strung it out for years if they felt shafted by ADO.
Do they know something we dont?
