    Bluey,

I've highlighted previously a few times that NAG are not the only sites capable of taking PASS, good you have located some details. Although the EPA have stated that these alternative sites are exactly that, alternatives until the preferred method of storage is identified. With Moggas post going by the cost, they can add the cost of lime to neutralise and a top layer of soil each day to seal which is the requirement to be taken away from their bottom line. NAG from early days confirms it could be able to compete cost wise from the current pricing. Whether we have a contract for Swanston St . or not, we will soon find out.

On a side note in relation to the Weighbridge having A2 truck capability.

Arden Station and the others are located beside Dynon Road. The conveyor belt from the tunnel will go to the end and transferred to a truck. It takes less than 6 minutes on a straight road to be on the M31 from Dynon Road ( Hume Highway ) with a total travelling time of 1 hour 26 minutes to Nagambie.

It's either that or they sit in Melbourne traffic for 1-1.5 hrs each way depending on offloading location and return trip with less capacity and additional cost.

The merits of A2 dispensation is a possibility, if not then it's still able to compete.
