I'll also save you a bit of research as you shouldn't drink while at the keyboard.... Out of the numbers I mentioned in my post that you diligently got very wrong, only 6 are on the outskirts of Melbourne, all the rest are throughout regional Victoria......In actual fact NAG would be the next closest outside of Melb metro......
Now if you still want to ring the EPA, once the moonshine has worn off, perhaps you can discuss which one of these have a current EMP in place........
