Why do you come to the conclusion that ASZ will have to sell the data centre for below book value?
As data centres are infrastructure plays then there will be good buyers for them and the company has advised that it is performing, just not a key asset, so therefore not a distressed asset either.
Just interested in how you came to your conclusion.
