Nammat, ASZ is now based in EStates..corporate offices may be in WA but clients are Victoria, Canberra, Sydney ..and pricing coming down on data storage is great for ASZ ...pricing for their services will drop and force decision makers to go to the cloud .....where ASZ provides the solution.. ... Value of the data centre....no idea how they are valued it certainly enabled ASZ to enter this field ahead of the crowd ...but agree be nice if they sold it and got debt down to 1X Ebitda .
Not sure when the next contracts will come through but directors buying certainly suggests that they believe what they have been telling shareholders ...that is good enough for me and still trying to pick the dips to add for the eventual rerating of ASZ ....j
