Both Johnson and Jackson Street where there and both voted to support the fund raising.

I doubt if Johnson will be selling down if he supported fund raising ( or maybe his support was only given to support the current SP, if fund raising fell over then SP would of dived) Only Johnson knows.

Do not forget that part of the deal with Pacific Capital requires that 10m shares be lent to Pacific Capital by the current shareholders. Johnson and Jackson Street would be ideal shareholders for this.I assume the Board has already arranged this. (there was no mention made at meeting) Kos can you please update us.
