If there was any real insider information there would be coresponding buying by the parties in the know, like in Aug 07 with Mexico. Have to argee with tricop, best to watch com ann everthing else is already known - all the fuse about anns before AGM are just wishfull thinking. Ann's come when information arrives no sooner and no latter - AGM's have no bearing whwn that happens.
