    How would Africano know that there were transperancy and gossip problems anyway?

    Did Smyth find it necessary to reveal it to Africano as a shareholder concern in order to get some related warm and fuzzy comment on the Chairmans address?

    Africano said he would give us transperancy... well show us proof of what CVI is all about.
