How would Africano know that there were transperancy and gossip problems anyway?
Did Smyth find it necessary to reveal it to Africano as a shareholder concern in order to get some related warm and fuzzy comment on the Chairmans address?

Contracts documents etc.
Be transperant with deeds not with words.
