    Very positive address with good future prospect.
    Re current value after iron ore sale,you can do a in depth calculation yourself based on the information given in the chairman's address.My quick calculation, give and take a bit comes to $0.30-$0.35 a share.
    Wouldn't be surprised if someone with more knowledge of valueing coal deposits comes up with a much higher price.
