In my opinion the best thing that can come out of this merger/aquisition is to take on some useful executives and board members and get rid of the dead wood in the current exec & Board. This has always been a company with lots of potential hampered by ineffectual leadership. The current CEO has heaps of potential and given the right team could really turn this dog around.
