GFM, I think you've missed the points of mine and ozblue's posts. They would have known nine months earlier than July 2013 that the crusher wouldn't be rolling on December 23rd 2012. That's when they should have been investigating ore crushers. And having started to do trials with one in November and eleven months later there is still no process occurring with a simple piece of equipment is a classic example of lack of focus and dynamism. You can hardly claim that they have acted quickly.

So far they've had problems getting the crusher running, and have had to downgrade the ore sorter to trial ore sorter. Both are big, munchy pieces of purely mechanical (with a bit of electrical) bog standard equipment. I can really see them struggling with the floatation chemistry, especially for the cobalt, if there are any problems in those circuits.
