    4ds will 99% likely be acquired. They simply don't have the materials, manufacturing or man power to developing these chips on any kind of scale.

    Should they prove 40nm after successful testing and IBM or Fujitsu haven't partnered with SK Hynix then 4ds may get bought out by Western Digital.
