"Has achieved", doesn't marry well with "will enjoy".
Had he've said "is enjoying", then that would be something worth calling a Milestone in my opinion and i would have full belief.
These pivoting comments indicate unsureness, rather than definitive and clear sureness.
It's only my opinion, in reply to the Chairmans point that you introduced. (So no attacks pls from other).
