    Okay, I just saw a couple of posts that state for sure that LLC is not allowed to vote on the scheme.

    Thanks for clarifying that. In this case and I cannot really see how this deal will pass at 31c. Unless the alternatives are so scary in the November report that it will send the SP down and force scared investores to sell up.
