I've been on holidays and just got back to see this situation. Outrageous that the directors have recommended this low-ball bid. However, it needs a 75% vote at a shareholders meeting and I believe (and hope) that LLC will be excluded from the vote. That means its a pretty big hurdle and I would think that there are enough smart LLP holders to ensure it gets voted down. I bought into this as a recovery stock and want to be on the ride for that recovery, not taken out when its barely started.
