Quote from beachman "I believe (and hope) that LLC will be excluded from the vote"
I remember reading something recently about ASX excluding a major shareholder not to vote on an issue.
Is there any circumstance where this may indeed occur? E.g. LLC excluded from the vote? Any legal heads there?
However, assuming LLC does vote, it is pretty clear that without major institutional holders support the offer will not pass. I am assuming that instos are negotiating a better price with bean counters in LLC. Most of trading today occurred at 30.5 cents which is a good sign.
And, BTW, letter is now sent to LLP mob and my AGM vote cast (guess which way).
