Agree. This action by the board indicates to me the huge faith and belief that they have in this company. Of course we need to incentivise and properly reward their good work and that will come in time.
This management team might be a bit rough around the edges in their PR skills, but from what I have seen so far they are real doers when it comes to getting things happening.
