did anyone else get a letter from the Chairman, in response to their letter regarding the takeover?
I did this evening, and it simply followed the script of the letter to all s/h.
He did not respond to my questions as to why the independent directors made their recommendation without providing any reasons to s/h.
It is irrelevant to this point, that they will get an Expert report - its too late! The directors have already made up their minds!
So they said to market - 31c is price at which to sell - so 30m shares have been sold to date in response to that recommendation.
In my mind, they would say they have compelling reasons to accept offer of 31c - so then surely that info is market sensitive, and s/be released to market and s/h?
