chairmen vulnerable?

I find it encouraging that semebody so powerful as Rupert Murdoch, under great pressure, has had to relinquish some of his prestigious duties. And Gina Rinehart is at present homing in on the Fairfac Publishing chairman. Perhaps the notion that chairmen bear very serious responsibilities to their shareholders isn’t such an old fashioned motion after all. In any case, boardroom leaders must be watching these events with some interest.
