    In that letter Mr Hubbard made two statements that made great sense to me and as a result I feel we should heed his advice. First, we should not make wholesale changes to Board, but limit those changes to simply replacing the incumbent Chairman (Mr Hubbard) with the nominee proposed by OptionCo, Mr Goodall.

    To achieve this result, I recommend all shareholders vote in favour of Resolution 1 and against Resolutions 2 and 3.

    Such an action would limit the change in the BOD and restrict the loss of corporate knowledge, and possibly terminate the seemingly obsequiously and submissive relationship that has developed between CTP and Macquarie Bank over the last few years.

    Secondly, it is my opinion that the current CEO, RC, may review his intentions to resign from that position if just limited change is made to the BOD. He may even be allowed the freedom to manage our Company the way it should be managed, without the disproportionate influence and control of Macquarie Bank.
