If they wanted to 'pump up' the price .. Wouldn't they ommit the disclaimer??
Since production is already scheduled for before the end of the year (Less than 2 months away) .. I cant see how that monetary budget hasn't already been factored in. They're cutting it pretty close.
These drilling results doesn't seem to be doing much for SP, we either need clarification that there is or isn't a CR to take the cloud off the company
