As mentioned by the next post, it is located very close to the port of Albany (only about 80km away). Toyota & Toshu has a silca sand mine right next door to our project and uses this port to ship about 250ktpa to Japan so it is definitely economical.
The high shipping cost is referring to the South Korean customer who was only taking small volumes of silica sand via bagged packaging loaded onto shipping containers - this is obviously costly and even more so under the current environment with the high shipping activity. Bulk shipping is a different story.
