Wow, I read this and realise that a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Firstly, China which produced around 70% of the worlds' graphite is now producing 60 to 70% of the volumes it was, down due to environmental concerns and the fact that their ore is 1% in grade (versus SYR and TON at about 10%) and they use acid, which SYR and TON wont.

Next, China and Tesla together are on track to build over 6m electric cars, with the batteries requiring carbon. Carbon / graphite is also used as a lubricant, for medical purposes, in alloys even aerospace. As electronic gadgets get smaller, they will need better batteries needing carbon.

So, demand is growing and supply is being constrained, with lower cost,, cleaner alternative sources like TON, set to fill the gap.

The backdrop for this industry is excellent.

Now your comments on synthetic graphite. Well that sells for about $10,000/tonne. So a nice problem to have if your likely delivering your production to market at between $600/t to 800/t

A few things you wont find starring at a chart and spouting crap
