CHALLENGE TO CEO WALTER RICHARDS

In view of the “cherry picking” and so called balanced presentations by HAV, CEO Walter Richards, and the “Independent Directors” what follows is a challenge. Would Walter or (so called) Independent Director please honestly answer the following:

Being a simple HAV shareholder. Please answer simple (Yes/No) for most questions. Questions 8 & 9 (number of years) Question 10 (keep it simple, but honest)

I consider failing to respond to the challenge will provide the public with answers in itself.

1. ---- Did the CEO, Walter Richards, prior to Gupta showing an interest consider that the iron leases were of so little value that he entertained the option of dropping the leases by doing no further work on them?
2. ---- At the time of Bob Johnson’s $2 million offer for the iron leases (around Oct. 2017):
a. -- Was Walter Richards the Chief Financial Officer of HAV?
b. -- Were Walter Richards and Ken Williams (2017) working at avoiding having to put HAV into receivership?
c. -- Did Bob Johnson make the offer as an offer to overcome HAV’s insolvency challenge?
d. -- Is it true that at that time HAV placed little value on the iron leases?
e. -- Is it true that at that time HAV held Maldorky and Grants leases, but not the leases over Grants Basin?
3. ---- Is it true that the Independent Expert in the BDO report placed a value of $2.4 million on the same leases that Bob Johnson offered $2 million?
4. ---- Is it true that the CEO and Independent Directors accepted the BDO value of $2.4 million as fair value
2 years later; knowing that the iron ore price was much higher at the BDO time? (In fact, in A$ the price doubled.)
5. ---- Has Chris Giles in any way been gagged by either HAV, Gupta or their associates?
6. ---- Have legal threats of any kind been made to Chris Giles by GFG?
7. ---- Have legal threats of any kind been made to Chris Giles by HAV’s two Independent Directors?
8. ---- How long have the Independent Directors held positions of responsibility with HAV?
9. ---- How long has Chris Giles held a position of responsibility with HAV?
10. ---- What was the real purpose behind the unsubstantiated (false) statement to the Takeovers Panel that Bob Johnson controls 38.5% of HAV’s vote?
