Didn't the old board, in one of their anns, suggest that this group, headed by Russell Simpson were out to take over Dart? Doesn't appear to have happened which only adds credence to the current board. Russell Simpson is the largest shareholder so maybe he saw what the old board was doing and didn't like it. The old board bought into some goat country in central Victoria didn't they?
