No need to clarify the insane free shares, worth millions of dollars that they have just given themselves.

No need to clarify the details of the loan that Lucy Turnbull was able to negotiate - good luck to her. Gives a bit of an indication of how reluctant people were to give PRR the money. Doesn't surprise me that PRR took about 4 months to announce this loan and its details.

Also, I will also state that PRR has NO chance of getting full approval and getting significant levels of sales within the next 2 years and for less than $25mill worth of trials and marketing. I also believe that one phase III trial will NOT be enough. (My expectation is 3-4 years and $30-40mill)
No need to get this clarified, as the ridiculous statements indicating that they already have enough money to do this and by the end of next year, already suggests that there are a few people pulling other people's legs in here and in the announcements. Orphan drug status I hear - whoopy doo!!!
