i would take up the challenge myself, but i don't know the issues around Pivotal trial claims etc well enough to tackle alone.

I do reckon that there is ANOTHER question I would like to take up with Rogers however. I spoke to the big guy a few weeks back and he told me all about how he had only gotten involved in the company becuase Frazer begged him to take it on.

Imagine my surprise when I made a more detailed study of the chronology and it looks as though Rogers stepped onto the board BEFORE Frazer put his hand up to help out.

To me - the situation STINKS.
