1.Structure changing:
The structure of the deal has to be changed to protect BWN share holder's value.The put and call options,the funding clause,etc.I will work with Frank and other share holders on this.
2.Have corcerned the ability of directors:
so many rigs,so much money and time spent,what we got is "technical problem".Directors also recommended the Bhushan deal, giving away so much for so little and no future upside.We need someone who takes company to a new direction.
3.All share holders must act together to make this happen.
