ive been told,theres a fomula in the agreement with bushan that for them to buy out the shareholders the formula would dictate a price of over a $1 a share, does anyone know about this calculation and how it works?if its true why would some of you want bushan out of bowen? woudnt it leave bushan very vunerable to predetors or do you guys know something we dont?and of coures have any of you detective found out who Savin hds are?did they vote on the agenda at the meeting.FOOTNOTE,its great to read all the different opinion and comments on HC keep it up,i might end up with an education afterall.i almost forgot ,do any of you guys want to make me an offer of 12c for each of my options? no i didnt think so.enjoy your life
