I think you are being a bit harsh, don't get me wrong I enjoy your posts.
It was pumped on announcements, and it was dumped on lack of fulfillment!
Agree, nothing has changed as we are still waiting on the fulfillment of those announcements.
At this point in time the market doesn't believe that what management have stated will eventuate, and you really can't blame the market with what has transpired.
Built it and they will come.
