OK. Here is the challenge.
Has Mesoblast ever published results of a human trial which had statistically significant efficacy using the original study endpoints as set out in the original trial protocol for Heart Failure, Back Pain, Graft vs Host, Kidney disease or any one of the other diseases for which it claims a benefit.
So we are excluding "safety" end points, "surrogate" end points or other new end points created during or after completion of the trial, as well as trials not powered to produce a statistically significant result.
Anybody? Are there any?
