Maybe.
UBS are big players in this stock and they buy and sell at a whim.
I did read that the WSJ placed a book-value on Challenger at around $4.20. So where we are now is probably close to bottom and an indicator that there could be an uptrend. Fingers crossed. Either way, I am holding.
